“I have this idea, this feature, this thing I want to do or I was looking at. I identified three problems: X, Y, and Z. We need to update A, B, and C thingies, at which point our Data Platform will reach nirvana, and we will all be sent to Heaven.
It can come in various and manifold forms, but usually in the form of one of the following two.
Adding or adopting this new feature/tech requires the change of X, Y, and Z.
I found this problem while looking at another problem; I need to fix A, B, and C.
It’s all or nothing for this; we go all the way or nothing. We simply HAVE to do this NOW.
