IDK man I feel like I'm the bad engineer at the team :P

but hey I do not force people to go my way.

The org itself doesn't support ci-cd and best practices until our CTO got appointed recently.

I came in the org as a fresher built things got promoted to senior without any guidance or good practices.

I'm wondering, am I at fault ?
